FUNBOX indoor is a massive, mind-blowing playground filled with endless play zones, all connected by nonstop bounce action. Designed with a kid-first, social-media-second vibe, it's a blast for all ages (yes, adults can bounce too 😎).

To guarantee your timed entry, please arrive at FunBox 15 minutes before your ticket time. We will let you into FunBox at the time of your ticket.

Yes, you are required to wear FUNBOX Grip Socks while jumping at all times. They can be purchased if forgotten.

All children or groups of children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult or adult carer. No exceptions. Children 5 and under must be accompanied into the inflatable by a parent/carer. A parent/carer must remain at FunBox while their children are at FunBox. No exceptions.

For safety, we do require that any child ages 5 and under be accompanied by a paying parent/carer with their own ticket.

All pregnant guests cannot enter any of the inflatable parts. Please be mindful that the surface of any inflatable can be unpredictable and you may lose your footing at points.

Tickets are for approximately 90 minutes however we end each session 5-10 minutes prior to the 90 minute session for cleaning.

We sell out often so we strongly suggest you buy your tickets online to ensure entry. We do sell tickets at the door.

Tickets are non-refundable however we are happy to honor your unused or unscanned tickets within 30 days of the original ticket date. No need to rebook or change the date/time, just show us your unused or unscanned tickets.

All guests must have a paid general admission ticket, whether they jump or not. Toddlers ages 0-2 are free when accompanied by a ticketed customer.

Yes, we have limited seating, first come, first serve and other amenities. We do not offer lockers for your valuables. Please leave them at your home.

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

All turned in lost and found items can be picked up at the event during open hours. Please contact the manager or team lead at the park. You can call the number listed on your ticket confirmation.

We do not offer refunds. If you cannot make it on your selected date, your ticket is still valid for any date in the future.

All tickets are final sale and non-refundable. In the event that your session is canceled, your tickets will remain valid for future use. Any unscanned tickets can be redeemed at the same location, on any date in the future. Please note that tickets are valid until the end of the campaign when we leave the location. Tickets can only be used once.

DATE CHANGE POLICY: On rare occasions we may have to reschedule the event. If ticket holders cannot attend the rescheduled date they are entitled to transfer into an equivalent session (subject to availability) on any other upcoming date of the tour or to apply for a refund. Refunds will be processed 5-7 working days after the rescheduled event date. FUNBOX will not be responsible for any consequential losses incurred as a result of a date change (cost of hotels, travel etc).

SESSION TIME CHANGE POLICY: For logistical reasons we may need to change the time of your session, either moving the start time forward or moving it backward. We will endeavor to give as much notice of these time changes as possible.

EVENT OFFERING CHANGES: Our goal is always to deliver the full FUNBOX experience. On rare occasions this may not be possible due to unforeseen logistical issues. In these circumstances we reserve the right to alter, substitute or withdraw individual elements of the event. Where possible we will communicate this in advance.

Tickets are non-transferable between locations and cannot be redeemed at other locations. Tickets must be redeemed at the location they were purchased for. Under no circumstances can tickets be transferred between locations.
